What does an internal system cost?
The price follows from an analysis of the brief, the scope of processes, the number of integrations and the complexity of the data. You get the quote broken down into stages with effort estimates, so you know what you are paying for and what can wait for a later phase.
How long does development take?
A smaller internal tool usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, a larger business system 3 to 6 months. Development runs in iterations, we deploy the first usable version before the whole solution is finished.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. I regularly integrate ERP systems (Money, Pohoda, K2, SAP), accounting and warehouse software, Active Directory and SSO, payment gateways and third-party APIs. Where no API exists, I design a secure way to exchange data.
Will the system grow with the company?
That is accounted for from the start. The architecture is designed to handle more users, data and integrations without a rewrite. On larger projects I plan scaling, caching and monitoring up front.
Who owns the source code and how is it handed over?
The code is yours. The handover includes documentation, infrastructure access and training. No vendor lock-in, your team or another supplier can take the project over at any time.
How do you work with our IT department?
Signing an NDA is standard and I respect your security policies. I align deployment, access, backups and operating rules with your IT team, including code review on your side if that is part of your process.
Planning an internal system or automation?
In a free initial consultation we go through your processes, data and constraints. I will also tell you when development is not worth it and adjusting the process is enough. Remotely or in person (Prague, South Bohemia).
Before I build anything, we go through your processes and I write up where AI pays off, how much it saves and what running it will cost. The audit fee is deducted from the project that follows.
