Answers to the questions clients ask most often
01How much does a mobile app cost?
A simpler app from CZK 100,000, larger projects from CZK 300,000. What moves the price most is how much the app has to do offline and how many company systems it connects to.
02How long does development take?
A simpler app eight to twelve weeks, larger projects four to six months, depending on scope.
03What is the difference between iOS and Android?
What you are really asking is whether it has to be built twice. iOS runs on iPhones, Android on everything else. For a company app, though, we go by what your people actually hold: if it is a fleet of company iPhones, the second platform can wait.
04What are React Native and Flutter?
Frameworks where the app is written once and ships for both iOS and Android. It works out cheaper than building natively twice and for company apps it is usually enough. Native development earns its place where performance or hardware the framework cannot reach is involved.
05What about releasing on the App Store?
I prepare the submission, take it through review and publish the app on the App Store and Google Play. The developer accounts should belong to your company rather than to me, so you can always get to your app without me.
06What do running and updates cost?
The server from CZK 1,000 a month depending on traffic. On top of that the Apple and Google developer account fees, and time for updates: both platforms ship a new OS version every year and the app has to keep up, even if you change nothing else.
