About the project
The client runs trade fairs and keeps all customer records in RayNet CRM. Manually looking up a customer and inserting their images into fair materials in Word was slow and error-prone. I built a Word add-in with an intuitive interface that identifies the current customer with a single click and pulls their images from RayNet CRM into pre-defined spots in the document template. The client is bound by an NDA, so this case study includes no screenshots or identifying details.
