ŠKODA MILAN

A marketing website and AI chatbot for a car parts and battery retailer

ŠKODA MILAN – homepage showing car parts, batteries and friction materials on offer

About the project

ŠKODA MILAN is a family business selling car parts, batteries and friction materials, on the market for more than 30 years. I built a modern marketing website for them that replaced an older solution and better presents the product categories and services on offer. The site includes an AI chatbot that answers customers based on the company's own knowledge and product range, so simple questions get handled without a phone call or email. Alongside the marketing site, an online store is being prepared that will plug into the same website for direct purchases of selected products.
