About the project
The client runs an experience agency and needed a tool for guides to verify participants' tickets on site and see the booking right on their phone. The app scans a ticket's QR code and checks it against Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM records in real time, so the guide immediately knows whether the ticket is valid and who is supposed to be checking in. The client is bound by an NDA, so this case study includes no screenshots or identifying details.
