For each use case, an estimate of the time saved, the build cost and the monthly running cost. Something you can take to the board or into a budget.
Also what not to do
The deliverable includes the ideas that are not worth it, and why. An investment steered away from a dead end is usually worth more than a well-executed project.
Fixed price and scope
You know in advance what you get and what it costs. If we go on to build, I deduct the audit fee from the project.
A written deliverable
Not a meeting that leaves you with notes. You get a document you can work from without any further involvement from me.
Independent of the supplier
The recommendation does not point at whatever I happen to build. If changing a process or buying a module for your existing system is the better route, that is what the document will say.

Answers to the questions clients ask most often
Why is the audit paid when others analyse for free?
Because a free analysis is not an analysis, it is a sales meeting, and its conclusion tends to be known in advance. You pay so that you also get the answer that is not in my interest. If a project follows, I deduct the fee.
What does the audit cost?
The price is fixed and follows the scope, meaning how many processes and departments we cover. You get the figure after a free intro call where we pin the scope down. Nothing gets added along the way.
How long does it take and what do you need from us?
Days to a couple of weeks depending on scope. I need access to the people who actually do the work, not only their managers, plus a look at the systems and documents involved.
What if the answer is that we should not deploy AI?
Then you paid a fraction of a project's cost for the information that saved you the rest. The deliverable also covers what to do instead, because the routine work stays even when AI is not the answer to it.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The deliverable is written so your internal team or another supplier can work from it. It belongs to you.
Will you sign an NDA?
As standard. An audit touches internal processes and numbers, so the NDA is signed before I get access to anything.
Do you also cover AI Act compliance?
Yes. For every use case I assess which risk category it falls into under the AI Act and what obligations follow from that. I am not a lawyer, so this is not legal advice, but I will tell you what has to be evidenced on the technical side and what is better left unbuilt.
