Who is the consulting for?
For companies considering an investment in development, taking a project over from another supplier, or wanting an independent view on what their internal IT or an external supplier is proposing.
How does the market research work?
We define the target segment and hypotheses, I prepare an interview script and run the interviews with potential customers. The output is an evaluation of the hypotheses and a recommendation on whether and how to proceed.
What exactly do I get as a deliverable?
A written document: a summary of findings, solution options with cost and risk estimates, and concrete recommendations for next steps. Explained so that non-technical management can follow it.
Can you review a solution somebody else built for us?
Yes, audits of third-party solutions are routine work. I go through architecture, code quality, security and running costs. The output is factual and usable in negotiations with your current supplier.
How is consulting billed?
The initial consultation is free. Longer engagements are billed hourly or at a fixed price for an agreed scope, you always know in advance what you get and for how much.
Do we then have to build the solution with you?
No. Consulting and audits are done independently of who implements the result. If we conclude that your own team or another supplier should build it, that is a legitimate outcome.
