AI is not delivered and left behind
Models change, documents go stale and answer quality quietly degrades. Anyone claiming AI is deploy-and-done has never run it for a year straight.
Why choose me?
What you get out of working together, beyond a working solution
Answer quality monitored
I regularly score the assistant against a control set of questions to check it still answers as well as on day one. You hear about a regression from me, not from annoyed users.
Running costs kept in check
Model usage has a way of creeping up as adoption grows. I track it, report it and look for savings that do not cost quality.
Model updates
When a cheaper or better model appears, I test it against your data and recommend the switch if it makes sense. Without rebuilding the solution.
Knowledge base updates
New policies, revised price lists, retired procedures. A knowledge base needs upkeep, or the assistant will confidently answer from last year.
Agreed response time
The contract states when I respond and what gets worked on first. No negotiating at the moment something is broken.
Ongoing improvement
The retainer includes room for small changes driven by feedback from real use, so the solution improves rather than just ageing.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions clients ask most often
Why would AI need more maintenance than other software?
Because the ground shifts under it. Providers update and retire models, prices change, your documents go stale and users ask questions you did not anticipate. A conventional application does the same thing a year later. AI does not.
How would we know quality has slipped?
From a control set of real questions with known good answers that I run on a schedule. We also watch the share of questions the assistant cannot answer, because that is the fastest signal something is missing.
What does the retainer cover and what is extra?
The retainer covers monitoring, quality measurement, cost reporting, security updates, incident response and an agreed allowance of small improvements. A new feature or a further use case is a separate piece of work, priced off the same rate card.
Will you take over something somebody else built?
Yes, given access to the source code and infrastructure. I start with a review of the state and tell you straight what is usable and what should be rebuilt, with an estimate.
Can we maintain it ourselves?
By all means. I hand over documentation, train your team and can stay on purely as backup for the harder cases. I do not need to keep hold of you, I need the solution to work.
How is the retainer calculated?
From the size of the solution, the number of users and the agreed response time. You get the figure alongside the development quote, so you know the running costs before deciding whether to go ahead at all.
Got a solution nobody is looking after?
Tell me what you are running and what is going wrong with it. On a free intro call we go through the state of it and I will say whether and how I can take over. Online or in person in Prague and South Bohemia.
Before I build anything, we go through your processes and I write up where AI pays off, how much it saves and what running it will cost. The audit fee is deducted from the project that follows.
